Statins Prevent Vitamin D Formation, Causing Muscle Pain & Worse

Statin Side Effects

'The chutzpah of pharmaceutical science and medical practice in presuming to control the body’s processes, without any consideration for adverse effects that can readily be predicted—such as known disorders related to inadequate Vitamin D and CoQ10—needs to come to an end.'

'Inadequate Vitamin D causes muscle pain. The purpose of statin drugs is to lower cholesterol. Is there a connection between the muscle pain that results from statins and inadequate Vitamin D?

There can, in fact, be little doubt. The connection is obvious if you know one fact: Cholesterol is required to make Vitamin D. Therefore, anyone taking statins can be expected to have a deficiency in it.
Let’s take a look at the primary conditions associated with inadequate Vitamin D and adverse effects of statin drugs:'

Current Vitamin D Levels Found In Millions of People Are Allowing Chronic Inflammation

“This study goes beyond previous associations of vitamin D with various health outcomes. It outlines a clear chain of cellular events, from the binding of DNA, through a specific signaling pathway, to the reduction of proteins known to trigger inflammation,” said lead author Elena Goleva, assistant professor of pediatrics at National Jewish Health. “Patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, such as asthma, arthritis and prostate cancer, who are vitamin D deficient, may benefit from vitamin D supplementation to get their serum vitamin D levels above 30 nanograms/milliliter.”

Synthetic ‘Vitamin D’ Useless in Heart Health. So It’s Spun As ‘Vitamin D Has No Benefit.’

'Rather humorously, a pharmaceutical company failed in its attempt to prove its synthetic Vitamin D benefits people with heart disease—and failed so badly that they can’t spin it as a success. However, their junk science is being used to claim that Vitamin D is not beneficial in heart health—and that is nothing short of a lie.'

Research From 100+ Countries Proves Sunlight Prevents Cancer

'For the same reason that the conventional energy industry has not harnessed the full potential of solar energy (it's free!), sunlight and its indispensable byproduct in our skin: vitamin D, represents a serious threat to the medical establishment, whose questionable and aggressive promotion of vaccination and drug-based strategies in place of inexpensive, safe and effective vitamin D supplementation (or better, carefully meted out recreation and sunlight exposure) for immunity, has many questioning their motives.

Vitamin D, after all, has a vital preventive role to play in hundreds of conditions, due to the fact that 1 in every 10 genes in the human body depends on adequate quantities of this gene-regulatory hormone to function optimally. In other words, the very genetic/epigenetic infrastructure of our health would fall apart without adequate levels.'

Vitamin D Deficiency and MS

"Large-scale studies of vitamin D supplements for preventing multiple sclerosis are now strongly warranted. The evidence is strong enough," says Professor Ebers. "It would be important particularly in countries like Scotland and the rest of the UK where sunshine levels are low for large parts of the year. Scotland has the greatest incidence of of any country in the world."

Dr. Doug Brown, Head of Biomedical Research at the MS Society, said: "This is an important development and shines more light on the potential role of vitamin D deficiency on increasing the risk of developing MS. This research is gathering momentum and will be the subject of discussion at an International Expert meeting in the USA this month; the outcomes of which will shape future research that will give us the answers we so desperately need about the potential risks and benefit of vitamin D supplementation."

'Vitamin D is a highly effective way to avoid influenza. A study documents that children taking low doses of Vitamin D3 are 42% less likely to contract influenza.
Nicknamed the sunshine supplement because we can synthesize it from sun exposure on our skin, Vitamin D3 has been anecdotally linked to flu prevention on many occasions. This study provides strong evidence of the validity of the observations.'

Scientists find vitamin D crucial in human immune response to tuberculosis

ED. Note: This is a mainstream medical report that focuses only on TB. I wonder when they'll realize it boosts immunity for flus and more - oh, that would spoil the flu vaccine push.

'Vitamin D -- a natural hormone, rather than a vitamin-- is known to be instrumental in , but also may protect against cancer and , as well as fight infections.'

Published online Oct. 12 in the peer-reviewed journal, Science Translational Medicine, researchers examined the mechanisms that govern the immune system's ability to kill or inhibit the growth of pathogens such as M. tuberculosis, the bacteria causing tuberculosis.'
