Hmmmm.... Sounds like a lucrative and recession proof, 'pandemic' driven, Big Gov/Big Pharma business opportunity.Why wait for a market to emerge when you can easily create both the product and the market at the same time. To further sweeten the deal and remove all 'risk'-- the Ukrainian Government should simply decree that the new vaccinations will be MANDATORY, and that the manufacturers will be exempt from all liability. Then' they' can sit back and watch the money roll in.
'Ukrainian Health Minister Vasyl Kniazevych has called for the production of a domestically produced vaccine against A/H1N1 flu.
"[At a government meeting on Wednesday] I proposed considering draft resolutions on the creation of a working group to study the possibility of producing our own vaccine," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
Kniazevych also proposed including in the group representatives of the National Academy of Sciences, the Health Ministry, the Economy Ministry, the Finance Ministry and other agencies in order to consider the expediency of such production and the possibility of financing this project.'
