Just How Common are Serious, and Deadly, Vaccine Reactions?

'What happened to the children in India has happened in countries all over the world. In Argentina just two years ago, 12 infants died after receiving a pneumonia vaccine that was part of a clinical trial. That same year, a 6-year-old girl from the U.S. died after receiving the FluMist vaccine, while dozens of young girls have died after receiving the Gardasil vaccine. There were also numerous reports of deaths linked to the swine flu vaccine last year, but all were deemed to be the result of other underlying medical conditions, a common scapegoat for vaccine reactions.

But as Barbara Loe Fisher, founder of the National Vaccine Information Center, recently stated:

“The truth is, nobody knows how many vaccine victims there are in America, how many of the 1 in 6 learning disabled children; or the 1 in 9 with asthma; or the 1 in 100 who develop autism; or the 1 in 450 who become diabetic, can trace their chronic inflammation, disease and disability back to vaccine reactions that have been dismissed by public health officials and doctors for the past century as just "a coincidence."'
