'MB Comment: As a parent of a child who died within hours of receiving a Merck vaccine (hepatitis b, swollen brain) I deplore this phony Merck propaganda that seeks to cover up vaccine adverse reactions and exaggerate vaccine benefits by brainwashing doctors.

Incredibly, in their own Merck Manual (the largest selling medical textbook) in the section Brain, Spinal Cord, and Nerve Disorders, Brain Infections – it states encephalitis (brain inflammation) occurs when a ‘vaccine triggers a reaction that makes the immune system attack brain tissue (an autoimmune reaction).’

Notice that fact appears NOWHERE in this squeaky-clean vaccine sales motivation course for doctors who encounter vaccine-hesitant parents.

Merck’s dishonest corporate culture is exposed for all to see in this disgusting document.'
