Fluoroquinolone Antibiotics such as Cipro and Levaquin Ruin Lives

The adverse symptoms of fluoroquinolomes include but are not limited to: 

Central Nervous System:
 
- toxic psychosis
- panic/anxiety
- insomnia
- seizures
- tremors
- dizziness
- confusion
- depression
- suicide or suicidal thoughts 

Peripheral Nervous System:
 
- numbness
- pain
- burning
- tingling
- stinging
- weakness

Musculoskeletal System: 
 
- joint pain
- tendon pain
- tendon rupture
- muscle pain (rhabdomyolysis -
a potentially fatal, rapid muscle wasting ADR which may include
dark or pink urine)

Cardiovascular System:

- torsedes de pointes (a fatal arrhythmia)
- heart attack
- palpitations (irregular heartbeat)
- bradycardia (slow heartbeat)
- tachycardia (rapid heartbeat)

Immune System:

- anaphylactic reaction (potentially fatal allergic reaction)
- Stevens-Johnson syndrome (potentially fatal autoimmune reaction where the immune system attacks the skin)

Additional ADR's:
 
renal (kidney) failure
liver failure (potentially fatal)

Drug Interactions - Fluoroquinolones should not be taken together with:
- Corticosteroids (ie: prednisone)
- NSAID's (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ie: Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Naprosyn, Aleve
- Caffeine
- Theophylline (asthma medication)

This is only a partial list of known fluoroquinolone adverse reactions ( ADR's ) There are numerous other potentially fatal ADR's associated with fluoroquinolone antibiotics. A warning from a reader ... The Medical Mafia Pretends These Antibiotics are Safe

Linda T. sent the following Cautionary Tale to share with Health Maven Readers:

'Hi...I just read some of your articles and enjoyed them very much. I, just this week , was prescribed an antibiotic for a very stubborn sinus infection....Levaquin. 

By the second pill I realized something was terribly, terribly wrong. I contacted the Dr. office and gave them my symptoms and was told they could not be related to the medicine but my research tells me every symptom I have experienced is, of course, directly related to this dangerous neural toxin. 

Since you have such a wonderful platform I was just wondering if you have covered this story. My Dr. prescribed prednisone with it as well....a double no no. I must say ...I really feel a social obligation to try and warn people about this very,very frightening drug. 

I thank God with all my heart I only took the 2 pills...and that I have studied quite a bit about holistic practices and detoxing....which is what I am doing...and a lot of praying that this will resolve quickly....thanks for sharing your knowledge....Bella


Notice the doctor's response. It's the same all over, as though they are scripted with talking points. Levaquin is a fluoroquinolone based antibiotic. That type of antibiotic or other fluoroquinolone medication has destroyed many lives. Even CBS 60 Minutes did a report on it'
