Vaccines: NJ Joins Natn'l Trend, Seeks Exemption Restriction

'The New Jersey bill would add New Jersey to a growing list of states that have recently passed laws restricting access to exemptions. Last year, Washington State - and this year, California - passed laws making medical doctors gatekeepers of non-medical exemptions. These laws don't pass the common sense test, let alone formal legal scrutiny. States cannot lawfully put a doctor between a citizen and the exercise of their religious beliefs, which has nothing to do with medicine.

The WA and CA laws are simply unconstitutional, in my opinion. Not that that matters to state legislatures. The practical reality is that legislatures can pass any law they have the votes for, Constitutional or not, since technically, laws are not "unconstitutional" unless and until a court later says they are. So, we need activists to challenge these laws in court.'

Vermont Most UnVaccinated Kids Rated #1 Healthiest State in America!

'Vermont is rated the #1 Healthiest State in the union with the least amount of infectious disease and overall best health in all categories. None of the mainstream media point out this fact. On the contrary they report that Vermont had an outbreak of Pertussis. The CDC considers 102 people an outbreak while never releasing information on these cases. 

Were these cases isolated? Had the children been previously vaccinated? What was their level of poverty? These types of statistics are always missing.

The Battle to Defend Non-Medical Vaccine Exemptions Is Worth Fighting

'Non-medical exemptions to vaccination in the U.S. have been under public attack for quite some time in opinion articles published by doctors in the medical literature. Now, medical trade associations and legislative NGO's generously funded by pharmaceutical companies (such as American Academy of Pediatrics, March of Dimes,  Women in Government, American Legislative Exchange Council) are joining forces with physician government officials to lobby legislators to remove the conscientious/philosophical belief exemptions currently allowed in 18 states. 

If successful, this would likely be followed by an organized, well funded effort to remove the religious exemption to vaccination, which is currently allowed in 48 states.'
