'and it is being done under "research and development". You'll never here officials or experts say the word "implemented" - that would mean it has been legalized and governance has been established. What "this" is, is what they term Climate Change. They are the ones changing the climate ultimately to control and rob you. I also wish that the video should have also mentioned "Welsbach" earth metals and how the HAARP type systems microwaves can be used to direct and steer earth metal aerosols to force climate in specific regions. Often you can see the thumbprint cloud signature corralling cloud formations into long un-natural borders in the sky.'

Every single day in the skies above not only the U.S. but all the other NATO countries as well from unmarked tanker jets. This marks a serious deviation from the past, where people have remained silent locally on this issue, and proves we are reaching a tipping point- a critical mass if you will on the issue- it will continue to gain ground and momentum, and can’t be stopped now.
We must all act on the local level and follow the lead set forth by Suffolk County, Long Island and get our skies blue again. After that, we need trials for those responsible.
