Breaking Study Is The First To Show Link Between Being Present In The Moment And Ageless DNA

'Scientific studies have suggested that a mind that is present and in the moment indicates well-being, whereas shifting our energy to the past or future can lead to unhappiness. Now, a preliminary UCSF study shows a link between mind wandering and aging, by looking at a biological measure of longevity within our DNA.'

In the study, telomere length, an emerging biomarker for cellular and general bodily aging, was assessed in association with the tendency to be present in the moment versus the tendency to mind wander, in research on 239 healthy, midlife women ranging in age from 50 to 65 years.

Being present in the moment was defined as an inclination to be focused on current tasks, while mind wandering was defined as the inclination to have thoughts about things other than the present or being elsewhere.'

Eating Purple Cabbage Is Great For Your Skin And Prevents Cancer

'Besides lending itself as a food of art, adding wonderful color in salads and main dishes, purple cabbage with its antioxidant properties also works wonders for the skin and prevents cancer.

Along with other cole crops, cabbage is a source of indole-3-carbinol, a chemical that boosts DNA repair in cells and appears to block the growth of cancer cells. System Announces It Will Use DNA Stolen From Babies

'For years, the system denied that blood samples from newborns were being taken at birth and databased into DNA ‘warehouses.’ Alex Jones and other alternative researchers railed against it for more than a decade. Now, that period of denial is over, and the same system is instead declaring its right to do so.

Bioethicists in the Science Translational Medicine journal argued that researchers should be able to retain and peruse the “genetic treasure trove” of blood samples taken during routine screenings at hospitals after birth, despite long-standing objections over privacy, parental rights and disclosure.

Animal/Human Hybrids Already Here

'CRAZED SCIENTISTS all over the globe are “playing god” with the very building blocks of life. Today, thanks to extraordinary advances in the field of genetic modification, scientists are now able to do things that were once unthinkable. Part human/part animal hybrid monsters are being created by scientists all over the planet and it is all perfectly legal. It is only a matter of time before humans start allowing themselv es to be genetically-modified in order to “fight illness” or to “enhance” their abilities. The temptation to insert the genes of animals or plants into people in order to create “super soldiers” or a “superior race” will certainly prove to be much too tempting. Unless something is done to hold all of this back, it seems almost certain that genetic hell will be unleashed on the human race. Once genetically-modified humans start breeding with normal humans there will be no putting the genie back into the bottle.'
