House Votes Down Defunding Medical Marijuana Raids
'The threat letters are based on arbitrary standards having nothing to do with state medical marijuana laws. Instead, federal prosecutors typically allege that targeted dispensaries are within 1,000 feet of a school or playground. There is no federal law disallowing dispensaries in those areas, but there is a federal sentencing enhancement for drug law violations within them, and federal prosecutors are using that statute as a measuring rod for deciding which dispensaries to pick on.
The federal crackdown has, to some extent, worked. The Montana medical marijuana distribution scene was all but wiped out by federal raids and prosecutions, dozens of dispensaries have been forced out of business in Colorado, and more than 200 have closed in California. '

'Here’s another piece of the steamroller being perpetrated by those God-fearing, bible quoting, God is moving on my heart, Republicans. Another state under siege by Republican legislators as they do their part in the nationwide assault on natural healthcare practices and implement a backdoor Codex Alimentarius.
“Dirty Harry” Reid(D) did his part by passing the fake food safety bill with one “unanimous” vote, on the Federal level, accomplished with every Democrat and Republican Senator other than himself voluntarily exiting the Senate chamber before the vote. That bill included the query of “How and whether to implement Codex Alimentarius”.
Well, now we know how they will do it.'

YouTube Censors the IMVA

'On the 17th of November, the IMVA’s YouTube account disappeared from the Internet and anyone traveling to one of our many videos on medical and health concerns was told that we ourselves pulled the plug. My 15-year-old son, whose email address was registered on the account, received no notice from YouTube and certainly he testified that in no way did he request an end to our account.'
He also informed me that YouTube is almost impossible to contact, though he tried on a pitiful form they provided, so we are left with little option but to put our videos on a more private and professional system, which we will do today.
YouTube—a video sharing website and subsidiary of Google prohibits the posting of videos that violate copyrights or depict pornography, illegal acts, gratuitous violence, or hate speech. It seems that their terms of service also include, secretly, the elimination of helpful health and medical information or anything that might upset someone high up in government or industry. '
