'It is extraordinary that “liberals,” “progressives,” “Democrats,” whatever they are, are defending a “health program” that uses public monies to pay private insurance companies and that raises the cost of health care.




Americans have been brainwashed that “a single-payer system is unaffordable” because it is “socialized medicine.” 

Despite this propaganda, accepted by many Americans, European countries manage to afford single-payer systems. Health care is not a stress, a trauma, an unaffordable expense for European populations. Among the Western Civilized Nations, only the richest, the US, has no universal health care.'

It IS unconstitutional: District Judge rules Obamacare 'violates people's rights' as half of states win landmark challenge

  • Ruling will galvanise Republicans trying to sink healthcare reforms
'President Obama's controversial healthcare reforms were dealt a devastating blow today after a second federal judge declared the proposed law unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson in Pensacola, Florida ruled on the legal challenge brought by mostly Republican governors and attorneys general from 26 states.

He accepted the states' argument that forcing people to buy health insurance by 2014, or face penalties, is a violation of their rights.'

With House set to debate healthcare, government finds up to half of Americans under 65 have preexisting conditions



'As many as 129 million Americans under age 65 have medical problems that are red flags for health insurers, according to an analysis that marks the government's first attempt to quantify the number of people at risk of being rejected by insurance companies or paying more for coverage. The secretary of health and human services released the study on Tuesday, hours before the House plans to begin considering a Republican bill that would repeal the new law to overhaul the health-care system. A vote is expected on Wednesday. But while Republicans may muscle through a repeal bill in the House, its prospects are slimmer in the Senate, where Democrats and independents will enjoy a 53-47 majority.'
