Despite this propaganda, accepted by many Americans, European countries manage to afford single-payer systems. Health care is not a stress, a trauma, an unaffordable expense for European populations. Among the Western Civilized Nations, only the richest, the US, has no universal health care.'

Healthcare scoring for the “dead pool”: hedge funds betting on how long you will live

'Those medical records that are now available to anyone and everyone who might have a financial interest in your “health” (the same records about you that you yourself can no longer gain access to in most cases),  are for sale to stakeholders, investors and interested parties.  Insurance companies are particularly interested.

As we stated in an earlier article, when Obamacare is implemented it will establish a health score to be applied to your records and updated with each doctor visit. This score will be available to insurance companies with the accompanying medical data that will allow them to determine how much of a risk you pose to the profits they anticipate by insuring you under a hedge fund.

You will be rated as to how much of a risk you represent to the system.  This score is being used to determine what and how much healthcare you are eligible to receive.  As the bill clearly states, panels will determine what risk you pose to the system and weigh that against the odds you can recover, and if you do, what would be the value of your future contributions to society?  Odds not good?  Off to the dead pool you go!'

It IS unconstitutional: District Judge rules Obamacare 'violates people's rights' as half of states win landmark challenge

• Judge backs legal challenge brought by 26 states
• He says healthcare reforms are 'violation of people's rights'

'President Obama's controversial healthcare reforms were dealt a devastating blow today after a second federal judge declared the proposed law unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson in Pensacola, Florida ruled on the legal challenge brought by mostly Republican governors and attorneys general from 26 states.

He accepted the states' argument that forcing people to buy health insurance by 2014, or face penalties, is a violation of their rights.'

A Liberal’s Awakening to the Reality of ObamaCare

 

'Most Liberals have in the past hoped for health care reform.  In particular, Edward Moore “Ted” Kennedy had a dream of decent, quality health care as a fundamental right and not a privilege.  He campaigned vehemently on a platform to create an America that cares for its own without having income as a barrier to quality of life.  Unfortunately, he died before seeing Obama’s Health Care Bill passed in Congress.  As it is now popularly known, ObamaCare was billed as the fulfillment of Kennedy’s dream but, in reality, even if the great Senator had been alive when it was ratified, he still would not have seen his dream come to fruition. The reality is that ObamaCare stands as an example of what happens when politics and blind ambition mix in a solution of two parts deception and one part ignorance.'
