Shocking photos show result of raw milk man's 10 days of torture and abuse, effects of government-approved food in LA County jail

'Remember: California says only dead, pasteurized milk is "safe" for you to drink As you look at these photos, remember that the California government says raw milk is a dangerous, criminal substance advocated by dangerous "sovereign" people who might as well be labeled terrorists.

But dead, pasteurized milk and other dead foods are "government approved" for feeding to both schoolchildren and prisoners. (Along with "pink slime" processed meat and other grotesque "food" substances.)

When you look at the skyrocketing rates of disease across California today -- cancer, diabetes, heart disease, mental disorders and more -- ask yourself why the California government is criminalizing fresh, living food while forcing people to eat dead, processed foods.'

It's About the Right to Choose

'But whatever your personal beliefs about raw milk, it’s important to remember this: The debate is primarily about the right to choose your food, and it’s about Vernon Hershberger, a dairy farmer in Sauk County who is facing up to three years of incarceration for the amazingly criminal act of selling milk.

'When they put a farmer out of business for supplying raw milk or any other food, they’re interfering with the food supply,” said David Gumpert, a journalist and author of “The Raw Milk Revolution:
Behind America’s Emerging Battle Over Food Rights.”

“They’re depriving those people of access to food that they choose to eat.  When you start looking at it in those terms, it becomes more than just a concept. There’s real cause and effect." '

Food Fascism: Are the U.S. and Canada the first “free” nations to deprive their people of food?

'“Eating is something we do so naturally, so routinely, we tend not to think all that much about it. We make choices–white or dark meat chicken, almond butter or peanut butter, apple or pear, broccoli or chard–nearly unconsciously, so plentiful is the food.

Buying it was once also pretty natural. We bought our foods directly from farmers, or from small specialty outlets, or traveling peddlers. Whatever local farms produced, that’s what was available. If you wanted to deal with a particular farmer, you did it. Your “contract” was a handshake. Nothing about legal precedents or complicated theories of private ownership or dealing with “licenses”.'

Utah Bill: Videotaping a Factory Farm is Same as Assaulting a Police Officer

'Utah is the latest state to consider new laws targeting undercover investigators who expose animal welfare abuses on factory farms. A new bill would make photographing animal abuse on par with assaulting a police officer.

Rep. John Mathis calls undercover investigators "animal rights terrorists," and says video recordings that have brought national attention to systemic animal welfare abuses are "propaganda" and fundraising efforts.

The bill, HB187, targets anyone who videotapes or takes photograph on a farmer's property without permission. It creates the crime of "agricultural operation interference," a class A misdemeanor which is elevated to a third-degree felony on the second offense. It comes at at time when the FBI has considered "terrorism" charges against undercover investigators.'

Feds Illegally Raid New Mexico Farm School Without Warrant and Find Nothing but Fresh Produce

'The government terror campaign against innocent civilians continues with a recent report in the Santa Fe New Mexican about a September raid on a small farming school that left children and administrators in shock. According to the report, officials paid a surprise and unwarranted visit to the Camino de Paz Montessori School and Farm in Cuarteles, New Mexico, on September 21 to search for marijuana -- but they ended up needlessly terrorizing small children and finding only tomato plants in the process.'
