Tired? No more energy lets follow this poses, and you will get return your more energy, rilex and  feel comfortable

Step 1 Mountain Pose

Stand up tall with your big toes touching. Bring balance evenly into both of your feet. Begin to engage the muscles in your legs, core and shoulders. Raise your arms alongside your ears and ease your shoulder blades down your back. Hold for 5 breaths, lower your arms down

Step 2 Stretch Pose

Sit on floor with legs outstretched. With each hand, grab corresponding big toe. (Or grab ankles or shins.) Inhale and arch back straight and up. Exhale, bend down at waist, and lower head to knees. Inhale, arch back up and straight, exhale, fold down at waist. Continue this motion at a steadily increased pace for 1 to 3 minutes. Briskly folding forward and backward encourages energy to distribute itself throughout the body. You might even feel a little dizzy.

Step 3 Camel Pose

Bump up your energy by bending back into Camel Pose.

Step 4 Downward-Facing Dog

Deservedly one of yoga’s most widely recognized yoga poses, Adho Mukha Svanasana, offer the ultimate all-over, rejuvenating stretch.

Step 5 Cobra Pose

Open the heart and roll the shoulders down to promote flexibility in Cobra Pose.

Step 6 Lord of the Dance Pose

Continue the actions of pushing the shinbone back, walking the hands down, and keeping the chest up, arms in. Eventually you’ll be able to keep all these actions and reach the foot. Once you have the foot with both hands, release the strap to come into full pose. Do your best to keep the hips squaring and drawing the right knee to the midline (it loves to splay out to the side . . . not so good for your sacrum). Draw the front hip bones up and soften your buns. Careful on the exit as it’s very easy to sling-shot out. If you still have the strap, soften your grip to slide out slowly, keeping the gaze forward and legs hugging to the midline.

Reducing Body Odor Naturally

Body odour starts with certain types of sweat, ody odor is an embarrassing problem that can lead to all sorts of social, cultural, and professional issues. Although there are many deodorizing products on the market, many of these contain harmful chemicals whose long-term use is not recommended. Therefore many people are seeking more natural alternatives for eliminating body odor.
Method 1 Regularly exercise to help get rid of toxins and give your body energy more
Method 2 Quit smoking and chewing tobacco. Smoking and chewing tobacco lead to the production of free radicals which damage the body. They also lead to the formation of bacteria on the skin, which emit bad odor.
Method 3 shower regularly. Since bacteria reacting with sweat produced by your apocrine glands causes body odor, the first step is to bathe or shower regularly. Use a gentle, plant-oil based soap and lather up. The greater the amount of lather and the longer you lather up, the more effective you are likely to be in removing bacteria from your skin.

Not all soap is antibacterial, nor do you necessarily need antibacterial soap. Try using peppermint castile soap when you shower. Peppermint oil is mildly antiseptic and can help fight body odor
Make sure you dry yourself completely. This is especially important in those areas that are prone to body odor: the groin, armpits, and around the nipples. Also ensure that any areas of skin folds (under the breasts, in the groin, at the abdomen) are completely dry.
Method 4 Cotton clothes allow the skin to breathe, reducing the amount of sweat. Therefore, wearing cotton clothes keeps the skin healthy, dry and odor-free.
Method 5 Consuming one cup of a probiotic substance each day is very helpful and should be continued for a period of 6 months. It will improve your overall health as body odor is often just a matter of good digestion!

Three Ways to Help You Quit Smoking Quick

Smoking is one of the most difficult habits to quit. Just ask any smoker and they will tell you this is true. If you smoke and have the desire to stop, here you will find some tips from me, an ex-smoker. First of all, it is important to remember that not everyone can quit the first time they try. In fact, most people take at least 3 or more attempts before they are finally able to kick the habit. But to get you started down the right road, here are some tips to help you reach the ultimate goal of becoming a non-smoker.
While some people can quit cold turkey without much, if any trouble, this is not the norm. In fact, what I have found to be true is that if someone can go cold turkey that easy, they were likely not as addicted to smoking as they may have thought. A true addiction is rarely easy to beat without real help. I have tried it all, and while not everything was productive for me, it may work for you.

Nicotine Patches

Nicotine patches are one of the tools that have proven to be the most successful quit methods. The patch consists of three steps. First you use the step one patches, then the step two and finally the step three. The last step patch contains the least amount of nicotine in it and therefore weans you off the drug. The main issue with the patch is that some people will still smoke while wearing the patches. This is very dangerous and increases your risk of nicotine overdose. Plus, if you smoke while using the patch you are not likely to have a successful quit. The patch also has a few annoying side effects, the worst being that the skin where you place it will itch quite intensely for the first hour or so after putting it on. If you can deal with this and can wear the patch without smoking even one cigarette then you have a strong chance of quitting for good.

Nicotine Gum

The nicotine gum works much in the same way as the patch does. You are directed to chew a certain amount of gum each day until you are to the point where you no longer feel the need for it. The biggest downside to the gum is that not many people enjoy the taste enough to actually stick with it as their main source of quitting.

Medication

The medical world has come a long way in drug developments. The drug Chantix has become a very popular way to quit smoking and really works well for a large majority of people. However, it does not work for everyone. My husband tried it and even when following the directions exactly, he was unable to quit smoking and felt none of the effects he was supposed to feel from the drug. For me it worked very well for a few days. Just the smell of smoke made me feel sick and I had no desire for a cigarette. However, the side effects were too much to handle. For some people, Chantix causes severe panic attacks, vivid nightmares and other nasty psychological effects. However, you don't know how it will react on you until you try, and it is most definitely worth trying since so many people do well with it.

No matter which method of quitting you choose, try to follow these tips to make it even easier to increase your chances of succeeding.
  • When you feel like having a smoke, do something else to take your mind off of it. Try working out or writing in a journal.
  • DO NOT replace your nicotine addiction with an eating addiction. This is why many people gain weight while quitting smoking but it does not have to be this way.
  •  If you are used to taking smoke breaks at work, talk a walk during your break instead.
  • Avoid being in situations where you are around other smokers; at least in the beginning of your quit attempt.
  • Go to places where smoking is not permitted so you do not get put in the path of temptation.

Fatigued to Fantastic - Reclaim Your Energy

Being fatigued has practically become an American way of life. Day in and day out, most of us are inundated with unrelenting stress, information overload, and sleep deprivation. To cope, we put our health and well-being on the back burner, depending on stimulants like caffeine to keep going. If this sounds like your life, you're not alone.

Fatigue is often caused by a less-than-ideal lifestyle that can include overworking, a lack of sleep (including interrupted sleep), a lack of physical activity, mental stress, and poor eating habits. Over time, pushing yourself past your limits can lead to serious health consequences. Besides the obvious effects on the ability function physically, being chronically exhausted can interfere with your memory and concentration. It can also lead to weight gain and weaken your immune system, leaving you less able to fight off disease.

On the flip side, a sedentary lifestyle can also leave you fatigued. Lack of exercise leads to a problem called "deconditioning" where the organs of the body begin to deteriorate, resulting in fatigue. Research shows that even mild exercise could counteract the deconditioning response.

Normal fatigue happens to all of us from time to time. In some extreme cases, fatigue and lethargy can be the result of an undiagnosed medical condition. If you simply can't find the energy to make it through the day - even though you eat well, supplement, exercise, and get plenty of sleep-ask your doctor about other potential causes.

The following can also zap your energy levels and leave you feeling fatigued:

Adrenal Fatigue-Your adrenal glands produce the hormones cortisol and norepinephrine during times of stress. These hormones also balance your blood sugar, which helps your body manage the daily flow of energy. After years of nonstop tension, your adrenals can "burn-out". This can leave you in a constant state of exhaustion. More than 80 percent of Americas suffer from some level of adrenal fatigue, says Marcelle Pick, RNC, MSN, OB/GYN, NP, and the author of Are You Tired and Wired? Signs you are among this statistic include feeling tired for no reason, having trouble getting up in the morning - even if you've gone to bed early the night before, feeling rundown or overwhelmed, having trouble bouncing back from an illness, and/or having intense cravings for sweet and salty snacks.

An Underactive Thyroid -The most common thyroid malfunction among women, it can intensify or mimic PMS or menopausal symptoms, including weight gain, lack of energy, and depression. A drop in hormone production can also make you feel weak and tired. Thyroid hormones become inefficient when the stress hormone, cortisol, it too high or too low.

A healthy lifestyle is the cornerstone of an energetic life. A high-energy diet is essential to feel fantastic. It is rich in complex carbohydrates, whole grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables - together with lean protein. Generous amounts of healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil, avocado or organic coconut oil can also keep fatigue away. To keep your energy consistent throughout your day, try to include a serving of lean protein, healthy fat, and a whole grain with at least one serving of vegetables and/or fruit in every meal.

In addition to a healthful diet and exercise, energy-building vitamins and targeted supplements for Adrenal or Thyroid support can help reclaim your energy levels and support overall good health.
